Return & Refund Policy

Please note:

1. We have a no refund policy, however there is a size exchange and a return for store credit option.
2. For size or style exchange, we shall only provide one based on availability as we operate on limited collection.
3. Please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows “delivered” but you have not received it in order to address the issue with our courier partners.
4. Cuddly Bear Threads reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return/exchange requirements.

Steps for size exchange:

1. For size exchange please mail cuddlybearthreads@gmail.com with all the required infor details of exchange within 2-5 business days since we have limited products.
2. Please mail with the subject line: ‘EXCHANGE - name - order number’.You will be responsible for sending the courier back to us. We will not initiate return courier pickups.
3. Our team will inform you once we receive the courier and confirm the size exchange. The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address.

Steps for Return/Style exchange:

1. For return, please mail cuddlybearthreads@gmail.com within your original order number along with return reason within 2-5 days of receiving the product.
2. Please mail with the subject line ‘RETURN - name - order number’.
3. We will arrange return pickup and the pick-up charges will be deducted from the original amount.
4. The returned item will be checked for any damage and condition. Post quality check we will deduct the pick up charges and issue a store credit.
5. For style exchange, you can purchase anything of your choice once store credit is received.
